It worked fine for a while, and I don’t know why, but some parts just seemed to wear out quicker than I expected. It’s not terrible, but I do wish the durability was a bit better

I’ve been using it day to day and it’s quiet enough for that. It doesn’t make a big annoying noise or anything, so that part is fine for me

I don’t know, the remote just doesn’t feel like it works the way it should. My gut reaction after using it a bit is that it’s frustrating and only responds when it wants to

I found it really easy to adjust, and it works great once you get it set how you like.

I got this for my kid, and the safety features feel basic. Some things weren’t super clear either, which made me a bit uneasy. I’d be okay with it in quieter areas, but I wouldnt really trust it much on busy streets.

I ordered from powerpony.com and the delivery date ended up being a few days off. The tracking info didn’t really line up with what was actually happening, so I kept having to check back for updates. The item did arrive eventually, but the delivery accuracy wasn’t great in my case. Has anyone else had the same issue with their tracking or delivery dates?

I grabbed this because the price seemed fair, it ended up being a good value. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it got here without any real issues. Overall, I’m happy with it for what I paid.

I really wanted to like this, and at first it seemed like it would be handy for a weekend outside. But once I actually used it for camping/garden stuff, it got frustrating quickly. The power dropped much faster than I expected, and it didn’t seem to handle a little dust and damp air very well. I ended up having to stop using it halfway through the weekend. It might be fine for lighter indoor use, but I wouldn’t rely on it outdoors...

The battery life is disappointing. It dies way too fast, barely lasting an hour for me, which makes using it feel kind of unnecessary if I have to keep charging it all the time.

They did eventually get back to me and it wasn’t a complete disaster, but I really expected clearer instructions on what to send, where to send it, and what the next steps were. After buying from them, I hoped the support would be smoother. I’d probably think twice before ordering again

I’ve been using it for a bit now, mostly around my neighborhood and on the road by the grocery store, and the ride just isn’t as smooth as I hoped. Small bumps feel a lot stronger than they should, especially on uneven pavement. I even noticed it more when I had a coffee in the cup holder because it kept sloshing around. It works, but comfort-wise it feels kind of rough

My kid had a lot of fun with it at first, but after a while they kind of lost interest and moved on to other stuff.

I tried to return my order it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. Getting a reply over email took forever, and I still don’t have a clear answer on when I’m getting my refund. I’ve returned stuff with other companies before and it’s usually straightforward, so this really stood out in a bad way. Buying was easy enough, but getting my money back feels like a whole different story. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

i ordered my usual size, but it fit so tiny and felt really uncomfortable. definitely not what i was expecting...

My order from Power Pony showed up in rough shape. The box was smashed and partly open, and there was barely any padding inside, so everything was just rattling around. For what I paid, you’d think they’d package it a little more carefully. i don’t see myself ordering from them again.

Tried it in the living room. Bad idea. It was loud, kind of all over the place, and just awkward to control. After a bit I noticed marks on the floor too, which was frustrating. i wouldn’t buy it again.

I bought this from powerpony.com, and it does work okay once it’s finally charged up. But the charging time is just way longer than I expected. I figured it might be kinda slow, but not like waiting around for half the day.

Maybe that’s just how mine is supposed to be, I’m not really sure. It’s not completely useless or anything, but if you’re planning to use it often, the long charging time gets annoying fast. I’d give it 2 stars.

I bought this thinking it would handle a decent amount of weight, but once I actually used it, it felt weak and wobbly. The listed weight capacity didn’t really match how it performed in real life, and that part was weird. i was disappointed and wouldn’t buy it again.

They did eventually get back to me and solved my issue, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the waiting was frustrating. I kept checking for a response and it took longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience, just slower than I would’ve liked.
